Luminescence Day Spa offers Reiki sessions by the minute as well as Reiki Classes **New*** REIKI SHARES - Luminescence is now offering Scheduled
Reiki Shares. Anyone who has completed Reiki Level 1 or above is invited to participate. Suggested donation is
$5.00 and it is being held in the yoga studio at Luminescence 13148 Highway 9, Boulder Creek.
The Reiki Share is led by Lizzie Fenton, Reiki Master Teacher. We start with a reiki
circle to share reiki enegy with persons and situation in need. We will do a meditation and then offer table
reiki treatment to each other for a reiki recharge.

Reiki Level 1 Class - In this class, you will learn how to give a full body Reiki Treatment on yourself & others, learn
the Eastern and Western “Systems of Reiki”, study the History of Reiki, explore the hara & chakra systems,
learn Reiki Meditations & Techniques for a full experience of how the “Reiki System” works. Lizzie
Fenton, Reiki Master Teacher was taught under the direct lineage of Dr. Usui and Mrs. Takata and the Reiki Attunements given
at the start of the class link directly with that energy. The true focus of Reiki I is to heal yourself, however,
you will be ready to do treatments for family and friends as well.
Cost: $125(includes private reiki
attunement session and consultation, two day reiki class and materials) There is a REIKI ONE class scheduled for Sunday,
June 9 and Sunday, June 16th from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m.

2 Class? With the Reiki Level 2 class, you will
deepen your connection with Reiki energy, Learn Distance healing, and start working on a professional practice. In Level
Reiki Level 2 class, you will learn 3 Mantras and symbols to strengthen your connection to Reiki energy both in person and
for distance healing.
The Reiki 2 class at Luminescence also includes an optional session to participate in a Community
Reiki day where students who have completed their Reiki 2 level offer donation based Reiki to the local community. The
next Reiki Community day is Saturday, March 30th

Reiki treatments ($1 per minute), usually take between 30-60 minutes
depending on each individual's need. The reiki practioners are Reiki Master/Teachers and work with reiki on a daily
basis. ABEE: $60 - Chakra Balancing and Energizing treatment with Reiki developed by Lizzie Fenton
on the Big Island of Hawaii.
A sixty minute energy treatment on each chakra that pulls in energy from "Above" for connection
with the Divine, cleanses out negative and lower vibrating energies, and pulls up Earth energy from "Below".
This technique allows for the Divine Self to be grounded in your body for a lightness of being and a balanced feeling
of bliss.
What is Reiki? by Lizzie Fenton Reiki is
a term that was created by Dr. Mikao Usui who lived in Japan between the years 1865 and 1926 for a system of hands on healing
for oneself and others. It also includes spiritual teachings for personal growth and transformation
to better enable the practitioner to have a clear connection with this pure energy.In a reiki treatment, the practitioner facilitates a connection to
Divine/Source Energy. Once connected, the body and spirit can open to receive healing. The
practitioner creates a sacred and safe place for the receiver to set an intention to relieve a specific ailment or simply
to receive whatever reiki (Divine Energy) is needed at that time. The practitioner works intuitively to
direct energy to different areas of the body. This is done either with light touch or with the hands gently
placed over the body. The receiver may feel a warm energy flowing from the practitioner
or a slight pulsing sensation. The treatment is very relaxing and can both calm anxiety and recharge the
weary. Reiki is energy work for healing and transformation that takes place through the practiced intention of tuning
into Divine/Source energy that connects us All. It is the perfect fusion of Yin and Yang (Earth and Heaven) that
allows our body and spirit to be whole and as such opens a path for self-healing. The traditional
healing method and teachings of Dr. Usui have been expanded upon by a multitude of healers who have accessed this
wonderful Pure flow of energy and applied additional techniques such as chakra balancing, crystal and sound
healing, as well as shamantic practices. It is advisable, to keep the Reiki energy pure and apply any additional
techniques either in parrallel or before or after. Reiki is a Japanese word, meaning "divine energy." It is for this reason, that I hold the belief that it is important to have reverence
for the flow of reiki and spiritual teachings discovered and developed by Dr. Usui, while also understanding the
intuitive nature of reiki and it's expansive potential within each practitioner and the unique contribution of their
spirit's contribution to raising consciousness. Reiki energy as Divine Energy is infinite and something we can always
draw on for ourselves and others.
